There is a good work culture, management also support for good leaders, decisive people are got a opportunity to get growth, Facilities are nice one, appraisal are good one. Office space is good. Eco-friendly environment. Good workplace in fresher. Good opportunity in fresher and experience person. The culture is very positive and transparent and everyone is open to new ideas and suggestions.

There were no lay off during Pandemic. Salaries were on time. Work from home was implemented at very initial stage and still we are working from home.

Dislikes

Only 1 week off. Poor work life balance. Overtime. No backup for absenties, present employees need to extend the shift. No yearly leaves. No paid leaves.

The only SF NSK manager is having no idea what Salesforce is and the tech lead they is a very old guy from PHP who is working in SF but his soul is still left in PHP and he tries to solve problems in terms of PHP.
