1. Very toxic work culture. 2. Except CEO all management is dumb and think they are god and you are their servants. 3. No mobile phones allowed. 4. Only one tech lead who is also very very unconfident and never helps and just don't care about the company his colleagues are VP in other company but he is still tech lead now you your self imagine his confidence level and thinking level. Teammates are really kind, friendly and you will be like family here.

Worst company and worst management. You will not get good appraisals and appreciation for good work. If managers don't like you then he will not give you good projects. You just count days here because there is bond of 2 years. You have to sit 10 hours else your salary will be deducted. I will not recommend this company to anyone. There is no development project. You have to do all the things from requirement gathering to testing and deployment. In short you have to play all the rolls. If anything wrong happened you are the only one responsible. In salesforce team there is only manager without any knowledge of salesforce and developer. No work from home and you will not get anything for extra work. They do not provide any training related to sf and you will not get reimbursement of certification....Read More
