There is no work culture here to define about the organization

Dislikes

Organization is good however management is not appropriate here. Even HR also not responding you on HR level, your reporting managers is everthing to you here. No one here listening your problems and policies been amended according to their comfort. Someone get everything and someone get nothing and noone are here to listen your queries.

Strict time policy as you cannot compensate with expanding your working time. It should be more flexible. Late means late and marked as early leave which will deducted from salary.

For ex if a client pay you 50 k .they pay you 15 k and as salary increase to 24-25 k they fire you for no reason.because as your salary increases their margin decreases .so they terminate you with out any fault telling that project has gone down they don't have meanwhile they hire employee on 15 k salary at your place bunch of liars with no moral .they terminate you but doesn't give you termination letter they always ask you to resign saying that we will give termination letter than you will file a case against us .but whether we file case or not they must provide us termination letter...Read More

The reason for my resignation from arcgate is that I have been facing some internal politics and backbiting in the workplace, which has affected my morale and self respect. I have tried to resolve these issues on my own and discussed with Himanshu Sir, but I have not received any satisfactory response or support. Even after telling Himanshu Sir, he was pretty normal to respond and didn't gave enough tries to even understand my situation and perspective. So I am also done with this environment which is more likely bended towards tenured employees and not for the less tenured or new joinees. As I said, in his team there is no feel-free environment for anyone to just reach out to him and say what anybody is feeling inside them. Which is definitely a huge lacking here. Even after pursuing more than 2yrs at Arcgate, it took me a lot of courage to say all these things. Which I feel is all just because of the biased environment created here. Giving a verbal notice for the reason that I am not the only who is doing that. Nobody is disciplined here. Whether he look at it from his own perspective or from the Arcgate's. Everyone uses mobile phones, watches videos, does stock market trading, surfing to d/f websites other than their own task related, make E-commerce purchases, eat on the desk, talk to the nearby person. Everyone does this. Then why is it always on me only? And yes I know he don't agree with me on this but he has pointed me in front of everyone in a conference a few months back. Am I the only one that time too who was undisciplined? Therefore, I have decided to pursue other opportunities that are more aligned with my career goals and values. He also said once I am selfish so everyone is too. Nobody is coming to office for the faith of Arcgate. Everyone is working here for their financial needs and requirements including him, me and everyone. So I urged him to not make anyone feel that down by saying he/she is a selfish, self-obsessed or money minded person. Also talking with Shubham Sir and Daksh Sir, they were also pretty bended towards Himanshu sir, Rakesh Sir and their actions. Which feels like there is no feedback acceptance by them or here at Arcgate. Because they just act they will be listening to the employee's problem, but actually what they do is just acting. Thats it. Also I have an observation, that HR has a good skill of listening untill you resign. Once you resign, they will be acting as worse as you think being nice at the same time. Overall its a good company but not the people. And as said its always about the people, not about the infrastructure. Because if the people like Rakesh, Himanshu, Shubham are there, no matter what Arcgate does in the infrastructural.
