They are pretty much accommodating in terms of leaves and time offs which helps in maintaining good work-life balance.

Dislikes

Nothing. Andher nagri-Chaupat Raja. you need to be good with a**-li**ing if you want to be successful in this company. local-ites or tenured people will not let you survive here if you are not following their instructions. The benefit/growth of the company is ignored but the personal benefits are more important here. no Corporate ethics or no professional behavior.

1. If you adhere to basic HR policy and be committed to work, your job is secure and you can literally work for as many years as you want. 2. Office premises are good in comparison to other competitors in the city and canteen offers a wide choice to select from. 3. A good place for localites as most of them don't need to pay rent, electricity bills, food expenses, etc.

Dislikes

1. Company leave policy is not good for people joining from outstation. 2. 6 days working with avg 9:30-10hrs is not good on long term health effects. 3. Not all but few of the seniors do not have the right kind of attitude/skills to lead a project/team. 4. Worst thing from my personal experience is ZERO KNOWLEDGE SHARING mindset of the employee's especially the seniors. An organization is what it's people are and if the people are not happy/satisfied then definitely in long term the company will struggle for right kind of people to lead or work....Read More

Work Details

It's a monotonous kind of job where nothing is dynamic and in long run you learn some basic internet skills like how to use chrome, google suite and how to work fast using shortcuts. Nothing much about it.
