The main advantage is learning all domains and nothing good about this company.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. HR dept is also not cooperative with employees they work only for one man in the management. Company work with a rule of profit for profit basis, not for people's over profit.

Everything, the culture, people, seniors, policies. Everything's pathetic, specially hema mehra, a so called team lead who doesn't even deserve to be a watchman. Toooo much office politics and extreme work pressure. Working on same requirement for months, almost no internal hiring and zero learning opportunity. This place is not less than a Consultancy. Always hiring for clients.

Since this is a consultation company, I your client is good they will not interfere and will not come at your door to disturb you. you can stay happy in your client location. There medical clam process is good.

They charge more to client for you and in return they give you very less. Client feed back does not matter they will give you appraisal as per their mood, since their feedback and client feedback never match. When it comes to leave, It is very hard to get if you are not sitting at the client sight.
