Except the one point mentioned above everything is worst here. Once you are deputed to a project then you are on your own, no manager no HR will then ever contact you until nd unless it is their need. They just don't care about your career aspirations, what work you are doing, whether it is as per your designation or not. What onlybothers them is your billing on that project. HRs are just mediator. they cannot take a single stand for anyone. They are jst puppets of the management. For every question of yours they have only one answer 'I need to ask my senior or manager'. Favouritism is at its peak. But that too vanishes as soon as you put down the papers. once you resign, no matter how much you have given to the organization or how honestly you worked, you are their biggest enemy. From the date of resignation till last 15 days of notice period You will not hear a single word from them and after that suddenly you are the most valuable employee and they will try each and every possible way to retain you( if you have a great dependancy in a project). And if you don't agree to their conditions then they show their real colours by literally harassing you. They will threaten and even will extend the notice period by giving some irrational explanation and threatening continuous till your last day. And you can't do anything about it, you will have to tolerate it if you have good career aspirations. Talking about the policies I can write a complete book on how bad they are in taking care of their employees. So I give half star that too for the project...Read More
