Salary - Good

Dislikes

The decisions are made based on short term situations and not concentrated for long term. If the management was to remove you they find reason and hire the replacement of you before even you know. Certain products are way old for the current market and wants to maintain high standards. They need to learn the art of patience for getting the right result.
