Before considering joining this company, please take some time to carefully evaluate your decision. Based on my experience, the management puts an excessive amount of pressure on their teachers and fails to show them proper respect. Furthermore, the HR department may reduce your salary without any valid explanation. In my opinion, this company is the worst one I have ever worked for.
