Work Details

Currently I am working as associate QA lead in Appsierra. I am working on different projects and coordinating with clients ie. managing overall QA processes, methodologies, and test strategy improvement.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
