No micromanagement,quick solution on queries. Client interaction are engaged even with the freshers which gives confident towards certain knowledge. Flexible hours.

Since its permanent wfh, exposure towards self development skills like communication, behaviour lacks. But we can go to ntt office, it may works

No promotions, no salary increment, no relevant projects for full stack developers. Less development projects, lot of communication gap between managers, HRs, Higher management. No one knows NTT Data policies.

Post acquisition by NTT DATA . All the policies have been changed and employees benefits and satisfaction are the least of their worries.
