They appear to possess zero understanding of how to steer a company toward success. In fact, their strategies seem to be pulled straight from a manual on how to run an organization into the ground. They are more interested in personal power plays and office politics than fostering a healthy and productive work environment... 2. Moving on to the physical workspace, prepare yourself for a new level of discomfort. The office infrastructure is outdated, resembling a relic from the Stone Age. The equipment is ancient, and don't even get me started on the abominable coffee machines that dispense a liquid resembling nothing close to coffee. The entire place is poorly maintained, with broken chairs, flickering lights, and leaky ceilings adding to the general sense of despair... 3. Work-life balance? Non-existent. APEXON seems to think that employees should dedicate their entire lives to serving the company's twisted agenda. Overtime is a mandatory expectation, and those who refuse are treated as outcasts and labeled as "not committed enough." I have witnessed colleagues pushed to the brink of physical and mental exhaustion, all in the name of corporate exploitation. 4. Now, let's talk about compensation. APEXON excels at one thing, and that's finding innovative ways to underpay its employees. Bonuses? Forget about it. everything depends on the project. If the client and the project are good, then nothing other matters. You will get everything you want.

But if you dont get a good client project, everything is going to be difficult. Also, you would be a probable candidate for lay off if things are going out of hand regarding project. If you are not on project, then dude start looking for something for you. You never know when your accesses would be taken away.

There are not enough project or opportunity. In my case, they assigned me in one project after Just one week they said there is budget issue on this project,we will look another opportunity for you. And they put me on bench after 2 month HR calling and asking me to put resignation bcz there is no internal opportunity as of now. I connected with some people who joined along with me . They dont take any stand. They will agree with whatever client says, if client is saying to work 7 days a week for 2 months, they are asking employee to support client in hardships..etc. Dont have any Stand as a company

No support for employees, not many projects,clients were blindly treated like gods. There is an Indian insurance client, stay away, they are highly unprofessional and the major reason for very high attrition.

If you are not assigned to any project wmg team will relieve you with out any notification. Also wmg team will not communicate properly and expect us to communicate. Even if we communicate they bounce us between team. Secondly they are ready to hire new employee for a project but not ready to put existing employee in that. Incrementis very poor . There is one project in apexon named as VSI it's the worst project with worst QA manager he doesn't have sense how to talk with the employee never approves your leaves even if you have approved leave then also he starts barking even when you are on leave he will call u to do work never appreciates any employees
