NO JOB SECURITY Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (0 out of 5 stars) 1. Let's start with the leadership, or rather the lack thereof. It seems the higher-ups at Apexon. have mastered the art of poor decision-making. They appear to possess zero understanding of how to steer a company toward success. In fact, their strategies seem to be pulled straight from a manual on how to run an organization into the ground. They are more interested in personal power plays and office politics than fostering a healthy and productive work environment... 2. Moving on to the physical workspace, prepare yourself for a new level of discomfort. The office infrastructure is outdated, resembling a relic from the Stone Age. The equipment is ancient, and don't even get me started on the abominable coffee machines that dispense a liquid resembling nothing close to coffee. The entire place is poorly maintained, with broken chairs, flickering lights, and leaky ceilings adding to the general sense of despair... 3. Work-life balance? Non-existent. APEXON seems to think that employees should dedicate their entire lives to serving the company's twisted agenda. Overtime is a mandatory expectation, and those who refuse are treated as outcasts and labeled as "not committed enough." I have witnessed colleagues pushed to the brink of physical and mental exhaustion, all in the name of corporate exploitation. 4. Now, let's talk about compensation. APEXON excels at one thing, and that's finding innovative ways to underpay its employees. Bonuses? Forget about it. Promised benefits are nothing but empty promises, and the health insurance provided is practically worthless... 5. Professional growth? A pipe dream. Apexon is an organization that thrives on stifling talent and suppressing creativity. There are no opportunities for skill development, no training programs, and certainly no encouragement for employees to enhance their abilities. The company's management seems to prefer a stagnant, mediocre workforce that can be easily controlled. 6. To sum it up, Apexon is the epitome of corporate incompetence and disregard for its employees. This place is an absolute black hole for ambition and happiness. If you value your sanity, your career, and your self-respect, run as far away from Apexon as possible. Save yourself the suffering and find a company that actually values its employees and strives for success rather than dwelling in mediocrity and misery... To anyone considering joining APEXON, I implore you to run in the opposite direction and never look back. This place is a soul-crushing abyss that will drain you of all motivation, passion, and hope. everything depends on the project. If the client and the project are good, then nothing other matters. You will get everything you want.
But if you dont get a good client project, everything is going to be difficult. Also, you would be a probable candidate for lay off if things are going out of hand regarding project. If you are not on project, then dude start looking for something for you. You never know when your accesses would be taken away.

Salary offered during joining but I was not aware they will be firing after completion of Project. They should hire consultant for such requirements. They should not play with resource carrier. Work company and culture. Fired threatening harassing resource for resignation after their work done.
Worst experience. They hire resource for short duration to support proj3ct where they need extra support. Once project is over they fire resource. Hr threatened resource saying you will not getting anything you need to resign today if nit we terminate and you will not get any job. Even they are not ethical to give salary for next 2 months. No support after firing. Worst unethical company I ever seen. If resource is not upto mark after 2 years then their training and placement hr hiring team is responsible. They don't know whom they should hire and this should not impact person whom they hired....Read More

There is one project in apexon named as VSI it's the worst project with worst QA manager he doesn't have sense how to talk with the employee never approves your leaves even if you have approved leave then also he starts barking even when you are on leave he will call u to do work never appreciates any employees
