They did expansion without thinking about future aspect and now they are not able to bring business and projects for which others higher sitting people are responsible but they are taking decent hardworking employees by so ng layoff with giving any notice and are playing with their future. Wouldn't recommend anyone.

No budget for product development. Bureaucracy of the highest level. Having to work on leader’s pet projects. You will get sidelined by less qualified individuals just because they’re long timers in the company.

There are not enough project or opportunity. In my case, they assigned me in one project after Just one week they said there is budget issue on this project,we will look another opportunity for you. And they put me on bench after 2 month HR calling and asking me to put resignation bcz there is no internal opportunity as of now. I connected with some people who joined along with me . They dont take any stand. They will agree with whatever client says, if client is saying to work 7 days a week for 2 months, they are asking employee to support client in hardships..etc. Dont have any Stand as a company

No support for employees, not many projects,clients were blindly treated like gods. There is an Indian insurance client, stay away, they are highly unprofessional and the major reason for very high attrition.

If you are not assigned to any project wmg team will relieve you with out any notification. Also wmg team will not communicate properly and expect us to communicate. Even if we communicate they bounce us between team. Secondly they are ready to hire new employee for a project but not ready to put existing employee in that. Incrementis very poor . No Job security , Only Non Technical employee will have job security. Technical Employee will throw from the company after one year or two years. you have to do your task and your manager/ Lead work otherwise they will not give promotions/ salary hike.

There is one project in apexon named as VSI it's the worst project with worst QA manager he doesn't have sense how to talk with the employee never approves your leaves even if you have approved leave then also he starts barking even when you are on leave he will call u to do work never appreciates any employees
