They hired me on Nov 2022 and as per promise made to the client I have successfully delivered the MVP project in 2 months. After completing the probation, they delayed to give the confirmation letter by one month. Not only for me but for every employee they will do the same which I heard from other employees. After that, I got the confirmation letter also with good performance feedback. But, they asked to resign after 2 days I got the employment confirmation letter. I was literally shocked. Apexon failed in engaing their resources once after the resources are released from their current project or their current project is done. There is no job security here even after employee is permanent....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
