If you are not assigned to any project wmg team will relieve you with out any notification. Also wmg team will not communicate properly and expect us to communicate. Even if we communicate they bounce us between team. Secondly they are ready to hire new employee for a project but not ready to put existing employee in that. Incrementis very poor . No Job security , Only Non Technical employee will have job security. Technical Employee will throw from the company after one year or two years. you have to do your task and your manager/ Lead work otherwise they will not give promotions/ salary hike.

There are some projects where there is work life balance and leaves can be taken without your manager scolding you

There is one project in apexon named as VSI it's the worst project with worst QA manager he doesn't have sense how to talk with the employee never approves your leaves even if you have approved leave then also he starts barking even when you are on leave he will call u to do work never appreciates any employees

After infostretch merged with apexon. It was all downhill from there. I have no clue how they make the "best place to work" list with the current state. No work life balance, working 12 hours is considered normal here now.

No appraisal. Delayed appraisal for 6 months and not provided arrears for that. Managers likes only boot-lickers. HR team is pathetic, they reply your messages after 2-3 days.
