A very good company to start your career with.Employee friendly atmosphere.Leads are very poilte.End of the year is peak time for Health and Welfare. SCSs might need to do extra hours(double-shift) on a daily basis. Also,are asked to come on weekends.

Dislikes

There are a very few company dealing in Health and Welfare in India.One sometimes feel stuck,as they do not find career growth out of the company.

Foreign managers are good to work with, some colleagues got opportunities to work abroad. But need to do lot of buttering.

In finance team they prefer only CAs to join. Some Indian managers are very difficult to work with . Hikes are very low. Cab facility is very bad.

To much people pleasing culture. Middle management gets often grinded in between senior management and the gen Z crowd. Secondly, they should work on their salary structure. Would be great if they start offering competitive salary. Aon often faces high attrition because of low salary amongst it's peer companies

Most of the teams are recruiting based on regional wise some teams gives preferece to north indians only some teams dedicated to kerala people only like that regional wise they are showing partiality and building that team by regional managers

Being the security members of this organisation my review is mentioned below 1 AON culture is good but the condition of third party vendor colleague is hell. 2. There is nothing facilities for vendor colleague.

Rewards and perks are not good enough to keep you motivated. Promotion and growth criteria is useless and baseless. Like other corporate a lot of managers do micro management. They can let go skilled employees and keep a unskilled person in management.
