Teams are excited about the end goals of business units, employee friendly policies, most units have moved to hybrid.
Compensation increments are not attractive enough, everything is a process that usually depends on approval from global leaders; the firm is not a leader but follow suits on market trends. Manager support and career guidance at senior levels is missing. Everythin is globally driven, it is all operations no design.
The balance has significantly come down in past 4-5 years compared to how it was 10 years ago.

Foreign managers are good to work with, some colleagues got opportunities to work abroad. But need to do lot of buttering.
In finance team they prefer only CAs to join. Some Indian managers are very difficult to work with . Hikes are very low. Cab facility is very bad.
