Its a cash rich company, compensation & few Benefits are good. There are some people within the organization who honestly support their staff, and expect us to be 100% clear on what we are expected to deliver. Training and Development sessions are good. Extremely process oriented.

Experienced gap in communication regarding process flow which creates confusion within the team. You feel confused whom you are reporting to. Few project owners are arrogant.
