- Infrastructure. Too small washroom & Cafeteria. Actually there's no cafeteria, it's just a small room like pantry with a sink, a microwave & water cooler. That too in really bad condition. - Company policies. No leaves are allowed on the days of report delivery, and that happens every other day. So yeah, if you're taking a leave, be prepared to feel guilty about it, bcz there's gonna be a lot of emotional drama. - Everything related to HR. - No replies to mails in written, only believe in verbal communication for everything. Work culture is mostly because of its employees, and to mention again it's a growing firm, based on what I have observed, I'll talk bout what company has to offer, 1. Less than average salary, 2. Slower growth rate, 3. low employee development, 4. Less transparency, 5. So far policies m ore of inclined towards company benefits, 6. Infrastructure is less than average.
