The only benefit of this firm is learning how to deal with stupidity and constant toxicity. If you want a masterclass in handling nonsense, this is the place.

Dislikes

you have ambitions to grow, learn, and earn, stay far away from this place. Very low pay, no growth opportunity, micromanagement. The so-called 'leaders' here lack even basic legal acumen. How can you expect guidance from people in top positions who have zero legal background? The so-called seniors are completely clueless about the law, and anyone below them is treated like dirt. This firm has ruined countless client matters! No client in their right mind would trust this place with complex or contentious issues. They don’t have the skill, knowledge, or competence to handle anything serious The company and management is against the well being of employees. You will be abused with profanity, belittled and humiliated. There’s no safety, no committee, and no POSH nothing to protect employees. This company is a mess, completely mismanaged and filled with people who don’t know what they’re doing. Don’t risk your career here! If you're thinking of joining, trust me being unemployed is a better option. Every time you see them hiring, it’s just damage control. The entire team resigns every year because no one can tolerate the chaos, the disrespect, and the lack of leadership. People are running for the exits because this place is unbearable. Nothing much as I couldn’t able to remember any of the quality

Salary is not as per market standards and even HR fooled you with your sweet words while hiring but after that they put hidden clause in your contract once uh feel like others are getting bonus but not you. Work life is good although but on the other hand nobody will trained uh so uh have to find your ways and copy pasting is the only thing which remain even seniors are not well educated to solve the simple query or guide uh, might often told I don’t know do it yourself and take credit of the Same but when it’s come on scolding and authority they will make you feel small so basically it’s just the school with uneducated teachers and psychotic who lived aboard and the company run by his gf...Read More
