There is under staffing managers forces employees to do extra hour Shifts. Logging on weekends. There is no overtime payment policy. 1 person is tasked to do 2 persons work, also there is no increment in salary.

As I heard about it, nothing I see at ground label. I only raise my voice about unprofessional talk of my team lead and request to assign any other team on top of that they put on my resignation very unprofessional

Internal team politics, team leads are very rude and have no matter of talking, they talk unprofessional, HR team very unprofessional
