High-Pressure Work Environment – Many teams experience extreme pressure, unrealistic deadlines, and an overburdened workload with little recognition. Unsupportive Team Leads – Instead of guiding and mentoring, many team leads create a toxic environment, micromanage, and blame subordinates when things go wrong. Too Much Politics – Promotions and opportunities often depend on favoritism and internal politics rather than merit. Hardworking employees may get overlooked. Weak HR Support – HR is unresponsive to employee concerns, and policies seem to favor management rather than employees.
