Salary is not as per market standards and even HR fooled you with your sweet words while hiring but after that they put hidden clause in your contract once uh feel like others are getting bonus but not you. Without notice period they can kick you out if you complain about manager or any old members behaviour No respect for LGBT person emotion. They use formal English in emails only to deal with client.
