Nothing is good to talk about... If you don't want work life balance work here... Its so far from station. Takes 45 mins walking

Everything.... The manager is least bothered to train you explain you.. But jst wants work done from you.... And if are not able to it.. They gonna mistreat you so that you get fed up and leave... In addition they don't respect their employees personal life and problems... Sometimes we cannot share everything with them but still they force you and if u don't tell they will tocher you... The owner should focus on the manager despite of so many ppl leaving from one team he is not taking any actions about him... If one employee leaves its fine but more than five ppl leave that's means the problem is in the manager and not the employees... This company need to take care of employees feelings as well... Only taking to picnics and parties doesn't make you'll a good company.. You have to keep ppl happy as well... Work life balance is important... They act as a corporate but there's nothing good....
