The so-called sales or account managers at Andolasoft are a complete joke. How on earth can a company afford to keep such clueless, office-politics-obsessed individuals around? These guys are more focused on surrounding themselves with girls 24/7 than doing any actual work. They’ve been here from the start, not because they’re competent, but because they know exactly how to butter up the higher management. It's clear they wouldn’t survive anywhere else but here. I worked as a BDE under these fellows, and I can confidently say they’re absolute pros at ruining careers. I’ve witnessed them destroy the futures of a few colleagues, and they seem to take pride in it. The level of office politics they engage in is ridiculous, and they genuinely think they're superior. The truth? Nobody respects them—everyone talks about them behind their backs, using slurs because they’re that hated. They’re so petty, they even gossip about who’s talking to whom and who wore slides instead of shoes (clicking pictures of the same and sharing with management). It's pathetic. If they put half the energy they waste on their political games into actually doing their job and generating revenue, the company would be in a much better place. But no, they’re too busy being useless. And trust me, if you’re a guy, you are wasted and if you are a girl who cannot fullfill there needs, your career will be wrecked. Now, the rest of the employees and managers are great—friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. If you want to learn and grow, Andolasoft is a good place for that.
