Can be a good company if you work under certain managers

Dislikes

The pay at analytix is worse than the industry and the working hours are crazy. Most managers are old school and want to micromanage everything, a lot would depend on your team but chances are you will be stuck in office politics

HR/Management does not take any actions against manager even though lots of team members complain. Rather employees have to face tough situation if complained is made. Lots of favouritism is there. For others no growth opportunity.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
