Nothing like anything basically. But ya you can earn experience there for your future and future job. Because there no have future way.

There has value only for senior management persons. They will show you like they are giving you everything. But slowly slowly your department will show you how they think only about work. and company growth. not about employees. even they don't need to know employee's wealth and personal problems or workload. they need only work andwork. every department need only work focus. and this is a open survey from 75% employees.
