Poor Management, useless HR department, salary issues. Delay in salary more then 90days, change policy as per they require without informing or discussion with employees.

A Fraudster is owner of the organization, there is no job security and even after working honestly they deduct salary as per day labor wages.Also they won't release your F&F you have to legally fight with them and that had been case with all employees who left organization.

Numbers of dislikes are there, they do all kind of frauds.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
