No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?

In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

There is no like in this company totally fraud company..

*Company changes policy every day. * They never do salary on time always do salary after 1 month or 2 months. * every month they deducted the salary 5-6 k and when we are ask salary slips never share.. * In this company 2 mainly persons is working 1 is Anil Satpute 2 is Amol Satpute... Anil Satpute working in the Name of Amol and amol is working with name of Santosh patil. Both are doing works with fraud names and also company tel employees to fo fraud. * Mostly they are offerings high salary to attract the candidate but after you joined they are deducted the salary around 5 to 8k as per salary they offered. * Their is no personal life in this company After office hrs also they called at 9pm 10 pm every Sunday is working day their is no holiday in this company. * They never share FNF amount to any employees. Their is no job security no work life balance. Request you to all please please never joined this company please don't west your valuable time or don't spoiled you're career.

A Fraudster is owner of the organization, there is no job security and even after working honestly they deduct salary as per day labor wages.Also they won't release your F&F you have to legally fight with them and that had been case with all employees who left organization.
