time at Amsys as a Telecom Engineer was far from satisfactory. The leadership, particularly under Mohd Maaz, was poor. There was a constant feeling of disorganization and neglect. The tools and resources provided were outdated and insufficient, making it hard to meet project deadlines. Moreover, the work culture was toxic, with little respect for employee well-being and work-life balance. “Working at Amsys as a Telecom Engineer was a regrettable decision. Mohd Maaz, the manager, was ineffective and often dismissive of employee concerns. The training provided was minimal, leaving new hires to figure out complex tasks on their own. The overall morale in the team was low, and the high turnover rate was a clear indicatorof the dissatisfaction among employees.
