Very very bad experience at Amitex. Very bad service to dealers. And after putting all efforts, Company stop giving salary to executive from at least 3-4 months. No hearing! Only false commitment by Mr Ashish Sabarwal.!

It Was very interesting to learn from the superiors regarding the new development training on skills improvement latest technology about the product. Further we have a very good sales meeting at Jaipur for two days and enjoy the presentation and get together with our sales colleagues and our superiors.

Dislikes

Company was not supported with the current market price with our competitors and advertisement support of our product to reach the consumer.

It was very challending and we have to launch the new product with the minimum support of our Distributor. However we managed and able to get the order from the customers and Distributors.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
