Less hardly any Opportunities, No growth at all absolute 0 growth that is what I do not like about Amex, I don't like 24*7 shift either, absolute night shifts are worst.

It's just a brand nothing else. They offer you good salary and designation so that you join, but they will ask you to leave the organization whenever they feel like with no reason. This month itself they asked there 35 employees to leave the organization as they realized that their head counts don't require this much employees.

Policies are very strong. They are people oriented. The company is considerate and tries to always put employees first. Benefits are a lot. Good place to work with. Job security is strong making it comfortable for people to work in.

Employee relations team in American Express is unreliable and biased towards front line colleagues. People leaders are most suffered and at times threatened by front liners as the ER team has made a prominent impression that people leaders can always be questioned and cannot be trusted if front liners complaint against their leaders, even if they are falsely accused. Leaders are forced to keep a constant proof of their work and innocence else one miss can be taken against them. The ER team needs to be more open to realise that they should be treating everyone as equal and no one should have an upperhand when it comes to wrong behavior....Read More
