Policies are very strong. They are people oriented. The company is considerate and tries to always put employees first. Benefits are a lot. Good place to work with. Job security is strong making it comfortable for people to work in.

Employee relations team in American Express is unreliable and biased towards front line colleagues. People leaders are most suffered and at times threatened by front liners as the ER team has made a prominent impression that people leaders can always be questioned and cannot be trusted if front liners complaint against their leaders, even if they are falsely accused. Leaders are forced to keep a constant proof of their work and innocence else one miss can be taken against them.
