just the pay as the pay is terrible in BPO so AMEX is paying okay in terrible

Dislikes

everything, training is for namesake only. they would put you on calls for full shifts just out of training. Trainers are lazy, coaches are cheap, managers are bully. They tricked me saying I can come back after 3 months as I requested an extension for WFH but when I reappeared for getting hired I was informed I am not eligible. And I found myself jobless due to the trickery of AMEX management.

Dislikes

The thing i dislike is, people who are working at same level doing same work should have some sort of equal pay. Parity pay should be there. Its really demotivating that one is getting double salary thn yours, having less experience than you and also their performance is below you. Still they got 2-3 increments in a year but you get nothing.
