Learning curve is good, Gbt Product is complex and interesting. C-suite management has clear vision and well defined roadmap.

Managerial roles from India geolocation ill/under trained, usually they are promoted to manager role for reasons - They have product knowledge as they would spent 10+ years in org. Seriously lacking work ethics and standards. My higher up manager was literally unable to meet the higher up expectations and would add undue pressure and treat team members not less than master/slave approach.
