There is pay disparity to some extent as I ahve seen people with 11 years of experience still working at band 30 tier 1 at which freshers are hired through college placements or sometimes off campus as well if they are from good colleges. So for this position the years of experience ranges from 0 to 12 almost. And the compensation,it can be even much higher for a fresher and much less for experienced.
