Your idea and innovation are welcome. 3. work life balance is excellent. 4. Management wants us to work with high standard of integrity. The points and rating above can be varied from department to work you are doing in the company.

Conservative approach for several things. (Can't discuss here) Job security and decision making powers subject to change at any time.
