Work and environment are good. The company maintains the transparency. The organisation structure is good and you can discuss openly with the management if you see any issues and concerns.

Dislikes

Earlier they used to be pay masters but since last 2 years I don't agree on this and they still can improve on this. Many organization level changes done but I don't think that will help the employees when it comes to the floor.

Work Details

Work is good. Due to pandemic we so see the work is growing and they are not recruiting much.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Dislikes

There is nothing to learn here. You will loose your skills once you are in amdocs. Managers are not good here
