There is nothing which someone can like at Amdhan. HR dept can only make false commitments & later on never follow it. Management has no clue what's happening in their world.

Work life balance is zero. HR dept is expert in making false commitments & then never follow it. Worst company culture. Dirty politics. Fake company.

Really my expectations on Amdhan Company is high but when I went there it is entirely reverse. There is no proper rules and regulations (own rules and regulations) No proper timings means I went to office 10AM and I am stayed upto mid nights also(3AM) No secure - most of the employees knows others salary details. My rating for this company is 1 out of 10.
