It's a worst place to start your career in this feild with all the lies about the contract base job and all. Saturday offs are just conconcted stories. If you are a fresher and joining in a hope of learning something than you won't be able to do so. They provide you the salary of a fresher but expect a professional work from you. While you'll be concentrating on one particular work, you will be the given the next one with the same short time and now you have to move your complete conecntration to the other one. Being a fresher it won't be easy at all to do so, because learning comes first than this typical working....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
