Salary is decent if coming from service based orgs, less than product based organisations. You get ample of leaves.
You will come to office daily. Work is repetitive amdnot interesting. Taking promotion specially from l5 to l6 is almost impossible and is dependent on your luck. Your project performance is not counted. Ridiculous goals and failure to complete you will get PIP. All these are cons of proserv stay away if you are happy and are willing to switch just for money

They will give you 6-8 times more than the work you signed up for , make it a bare minimum expectation and then grill through the process . In the end , you do become a seasoned professional that has high testing limits.
Everything , gaslighting into believing you aren’t good enough , glorifying working on weekends, birthdays and holidays , giving you massive programs(multiple ) to lead end to end which should be led by 4-6 resources to begin with and even if you are exceptionally performing (proving metrics ) they will reduce your annual performance review rating by finding something you didn’t do like lack of automation or process improvement on the side. Before Covid Company used to give importance to employees as well after Covid employees are least important they prioritize Customers over everything.
No worklife balance, the culture has become toxic. Management needs employees to work more than expected impress higher management. The goals are not aligned to the regular day to day work, need to do extra work which most of the employees do not have time to achieve them due to time constraint.
