Dislikes

There have been many complaints from employees at Amazon's fulfillment centers. Workers alleged that they are given back-breaking tasks in the warehouses. Good organization culture. Good team work and teammates. Overall experience as of now is fine.

Dislikes

Was smooth at first. Struggling after moving to floor because of long time interaction with the computer and difficult to meet the metrics set by the organisation. Subjected to eye and body pain. Feeling bit difficult to manage personal life post the shift due to tiredness.

Good co-ordination between the team-mates. The job is quite plain.
