Good in beginning in working culture atmosphere if we can adjusted.

Dislikes

Some seniors are not positive n treat rudely... Salary deduction n incentive is untimely after 3/4 months after... As a sales profile we expect timely everything.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
