One thing that I love about AMI is that they believe in continuous learning and development. Lots of growth opportunities.

Dislikes

There are lots of things that I dislike about AMI, too strict about hygiene and the company is bleeding in terms of attrition. Freshers are hired to monitor agents and QA's which is also a part of KPI's.

The management here is a mess. The incentives for which we work so hard is deducted without even telling us the reason. Whenever you try to complain the higher authorities they will push you to another team and hence there's no stability of work

Salary deduction for late login and No sick leave policy only provide 1.5 days paid leave every month nothing elese no room for sickness family emergency it will go as unpaid leave if you don’t have the leave balance

The company culture is not at all good. No job security. Toxic work environment. We have to be in office at any cost even if we are ill or in any situation. Manager does not support and a hell lot of things.

Everything is flawed. Very bad culture. No appraisals. No incentives. No growth. The processes shut down randomly. No job security. Bad infrastructure, not even a washroom outside the production floor. Cafeteria is only namesake. It's actually only a smoking zone with nothing 'okay' to eat

Work culture is good. Management is supportive and understanding. Activities and sports culture is good. Currently it's been 16 months for me in company and I lied the company culture and management like how they works and handle the rough situations.

Can improve cafeteria services. Should bring some Indoor games and allow people to play with the permission of respective team leader or manager if they are done with their work and only allow for 30-45 mins max. Ask employee what activities we can host on weekends if they are comfortable.
