Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Work culture is good. Management is supportive and understanding. Activities and sports culture is good. Currently it's been 16 months for me in company and I lied the company culture and management like how they works and handle the rough situations.

Dislikes

Can improve cafeteria services. Should bring some Indoor games and allow people to play with the permission of respective team leader or manager if they are done with their work and only allow for 30-45 mins max. Ask employee what activities we can host on weekends if they are comfortable. Should host more sports event and they can also try e-sports as well for these kind of activities they can make an announcement and check how employees react and who are interested in it....Read More
