Salary on time. Which is indeed bare minimum sufficient enough so, that you can effort "vada pav" in Last 11 days.

Every 2 month policies get change. Because when employee is working on track they try to implement some new rules and policies so that they can hamper monthly and annual rating of the employee so he or she can get minimum appraisal. Because they want to do cost cutting. And very strict policy on everything. Kind of hire and fire. Too much Women centric Even when the girl knows she is wrong but still miss use to being women. AMINFOWEB is very different compared to what you're accustomed with when it comes to other corporate organisations, working for 2 years now I've developed a lot of skillset and experience in this field and the org really helps you develop yourself as a better person with numerous IJPs and Learning & Development.
