Altres Technology gives ample amount of learning opportunities to its associates with various in-house resources and is not limited only with your process. It is one of the best organizations in terms of job security and work environment. During Covid time also people received there pay and appraisals on time. Hard work is always recognized, rewarded and awarded. HR and Management are very approachable and supportive. Constructive feedback is shared on timely manner and grooming is done in a very constructive way. Even smallest feedback shared is always taken care off. Work Culture is professional. There is job security. Even during the pandemic, there was no pay cut or lay offs .The management is good. There is a open door policy. Seniors welcome feedbacks from team members and are always approachable. Actions are taken basis feedbacks. The company is not an employee-centric. A humanitarian feeling is missing in the work culture. Work culture is not lively. Out of the box, thinking is not welcome. the office is located beside a dumping yard. Employee management is missing.
