It is one of the best organizations in terms of job security and work environment. During Covid time also people received there pay and appraisals on time . Hard work is always recognized, rewarded and awarded. HR and Management are very approachable and supportive. There is job security. Even during the pandemic, there was no pay cut or lay offs .The management is good. There is a open door policy. Seniors welcome feedbacks from team members and are always approachable. Actions are taken basis feedbacks.
