I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The worst interview process ever. Is this even a real company. No professionalism. People taking the interview are less qualified than the applicant and that is the reason for rejection. They do not even have the courtesy on further update. I would never recommend this company. It's a waste of time and a dead space on the resume.
