I like to work in Altisource when I was there. It's really an amazing place compared to other companies. I got a good team. Management is good for employees.

Dislikes

It's a sudden layoff. event layoff Altisource paid a good amount off pay. Insurance is not covering 100%

Overall my experience was good. I must say that my Altisource experience around 3 years added value to my entire career. But it's not with everyone in Altisource. Altisource is into mortgage domain it's not into a critical business. Initially they run their BPO business from India and later on started software development center in India. It is a sister company to Ocwen. Every year they prepare a list to fire employees and change business direction every year which will impact on the employees. They pay well and they don't have variable component. I feel Altisource is good for short time....Read More

HR will not involve much or no importance. Key management sits in USA and Indian team has to stretch hours to sync with US timings.
