Altimetrik - is a pure consultancy based company with very few clients. one of them which i worked was Paypal. Altimetrik employees were alternative work force in paypal. Relationship between paypal employees and Altimetrik employees working in paypal was terrible. They lack trust factor. paypal employees never share functional knowledge with Alti employees. Managers in paypal were Third class and not professional - Local card (Tamil domination) was rampant. Coming to Job security in Altimetrik - which i can say zero....Read More
